Very interesting. There’s a scene in the famous film Lawrence in Arabia in which some of the Arabic actors tell the protagonist (Lawrence), “It is written.” Lawrence’s reply is, “Nothing is written.” Until now, I had no idea what the meanings behind those statements were. But now I do. Thank you for finally clearing that up for me!

    I recommend you do watch Lawrence of Arabia! It’s considered to be one of the best Western films ever made.
