Distractive generation, anyone?

Hi all, it’s good to see new members interested in our blogging community forum as well as some faithful returners (as always it would be nice to see more of you 😉 ) – best wishes to you all and hope you’re having a good weekend 🙂

TIP: struggling to find the dashboard for your members back-end access via the dashboard? I found it again by hitting STATS in the ‘improved editor’ screen. That way you can find your lingering drafts as such things like that missing from the ease-of-use common function screen that they call ‘improved editor’. Doh! (@admin, I’ll tidy up asap if it’s ever really necessary but not much to do there really anyway, I think).

Reminder for Categories and Tagging

Humbly requesting everyone not to use incorrect tags. Please ensure you put the correct categories and tags exactly as they are meant to be. If in doubt, refer to the Tagging Ready Reckoner, also visible in the side-bar on the right.
Please use the category of Member Posts for all non-weekly posts.
Kindly do not use the tags meant for weekly feature posts in normal non-weekly posts.
Also, do not create new tags with your name or your blog’s name.
Any normal post seeking feedback or discussion should be tagged accordingly.
Creating excessive tags would junk up the relevant search results, causing irrelevant posts to show up in search results.

Some of our members have had to go through a lot of inconvenience due to incorrect tagging. Let’s please avoid that.
