I have a personal love for Oscar Wilde. He is a genius in every way. His way with words with an art that is unique to him and something I could only aspire to in my wildest dreams. His birth name is Oscar Fingal O’Flahertie Wills Wilde, given to him by his parents William and Jane Wilde. He was a Libra who was born on October 16, 1854 in Dublin, Ireland. Oscar Wilde was an Irish playwright, novelist, and poet. He wrote The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Importance of Being Earnest, De Profundis, A Woman of No Importance, An Ideal Husband, and other works. The general theme of his work was that a lot of high society was not of much importance. He seemed to emphasize seeking pleasure and that joy was the purpose of life. He also showed that overindulgence can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle and can have terrible consequences. On November 30, 1900, he passed away in Paris, France from acute meningitis that followed an ear infection.
